    Howdy, Folks;
    I've been working on this move for two years or more (can't be accused of rushing into things), so I've finally made a major effort in that direction..
    Here is my 'covered wagon' all loaded up and ready to pull out.

    And here's me mounting up,

    And down the road we go!

    Soon I'll shoot some pics of my Bama Homestead; best thing about it is my gardening area will now be much larger.. I'll be in Zone 8 (a or b, not sure which)..
    Love to all, Hank.

    I hope you had a safe and uneventful journey to and from Bama Hank. I'll look forward to more of your photographs - especially the new garden area.

    Have a good trip, Hank. Welcome to zone 8--we are 8b here in Texas. Guess what--you can garden almost all year around!

    Forgive my ignorance but BAMA means Alabama, correct? Do keep us updated Henry :)

    Sorry, Frank, it did occur to me that folks outside of Southeastern USA (especially those not fans of american football) would not know that I meant Alabama.. My new location is about center (East-West) but only about 50 miles North of the Southern border, near the towns of Andalusia and Opp.. Hank

    Thanks for clarifying this, I was clueless myself. I wasn't sure if this was "bama housing(like a fema trailer) somewhere or Alabama :rolleyes: Good luck on the move. Sounds like a nice zone to go to.
