    It looks like a Snap Dragon. I can't think of the Cinderella Mix colors.

    It is an annual and depending on where you live it looks to be on it's way out.

    I agree with Snapdragon Poppy. If I deadhead mine they continue to flower for most of the summer. I guess that would depend on where you live though as Snapdragons don't like too much heat.
