Honestly! This technology drives me wild!! We lost our broadband connection thanks to the company we were with going bust. The new company that were prepared to take the customers on took 10 days to get us connected again. In that time, what does a girl do!? Well, she bakes her Christmas cake, she has her sons birthday party, she gets the allotment all shipshape ready for winter, she has a suspected heart attack ..............................
I am okay, in fact, I am as fit as a fiddle! I gave myself a huge panic attack, which resulted in me becoming breathless, shooting pains in my left arm, chest pains, numbness to my fingers, and feeling faint. My darling dashed home and took me to A&E where I had an ECG, chest x-ray and blood taken, and it turned out to be nothing! Amazing what your mind can do to you! The long and the short of it is, I have given up caffine and salt, and am trying to relax some more. I don't mean sit with my feet up - just trying not to get quite so hung up about the housework and ironing and stuff.....(famous last words!)

So, what did I miss? :-D

Glad to hear you're ok EJ, gave me quite a scare there for a sec  Be sure to put your feet up as often as you can, we're here to help you relax :D

What did you miss? Well... we passed the 30000 post mark and I've dressed up for Hallowe'en. Could you ask for more!

Gosh EJ, I was wondering where you were. Glad everything is ok with you. Do try to chill a little more. The ironing will still be there tomorrow.

You don't need to iron, ever. I have not ironed since 1969 or so.

Good for you EJ giving up caffiene and salt - we did that too!! :-D I could never imagine you sitting with your feet up but do try to take things at a slightly slower pace if that's at all possible. We don't want you having another panic attack as they really can be scarey.

I think that sort of thing happens to a lot of people. I used to get chest pain when I had to deal with heavy traffic. That is certainly scary. Now I have coping techniques.
The only things I iron are the table linens when my mum is coming.
Relax or go for a bike ride. Make yourself too tired to care.
