My Azaleas and rohodendrons in bloom, hosta and more...

    I pruned this rhododendron last year and didn't expect it to bloom.Nice surprise.

    The hosta is trying to open up. But what are the holes I see in the leaves?

    I don't know what this is but I love this groundcover on the shaded part of the retaining wall.

    Nice Rhododendron blooms! :D I get holes in my hostas too. It's either slugs or some sort of beetle.

    So pretty Tina... and that ground cover is nice too. My hostas get eaten a little bit sometimes too.... I guess they are tasty.

    your rhododendron is really blooming. My hostas are about where yours are at as far as height. One of these days I've got to show off what I have blooming also. Thanks for sharing yours.

    Love your Rhodedendrons. I think pruning is good for this family of shrubs. I know my Azaleas like it.
