My Cannas..

    My Cannas are not growing at all. Been in the pot for about two months now - wonder if they will be a no show.I had planted one with about 4" green leaves and they have not grown after that at all. I think I can see the sides of the leaves turning a little brown - not sure though.
    I do water them once a week.

    Do you have them in full sun? Mine were a little slow until the weather consistently stayed in the upper 70's during the day.

    It may be that your soil temperature is still a bit cool, Tina.
    I don't think Cannas start to grow vigorously
    until the ground temps reach about 55 to 65 degrees.

    It must be the temp, then. We are still having temps in the 40s at night.
