Here is what I have blooming in March http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/alb ... 6766CFvdkg April http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/alb ... 8452POBXxM And MAY (work in progress, of course!) http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/alb ... 5600usxYjW moderator's note: moved topic to more appropriate forum
You have a lot of flooms there and all so pretty. Could we see more of the overall shots like that last one? Seeing the flowers together in their setting is always soooo nice.
Calin those iris are beautiful. Mine will take some time before they show signs of flowering. You have a very pretty garden that I'd like to see more of please. :-D
thank you lots! i would like to take more pics and overall pics it's just it's far from looking neat and clean. i have a lot of weeds. been over a week since I last worked in the garden and well, plants and flowers grew so nicely, but also the weeds! and the garden desperately needs a kind of fence cause the one we've got is falling apart and looks bad. this would mean a whole day of work for me and dad. maybe this saturday? i really have to organize it. it's raining now, i am at work but i am planning to go to the countryside in the afternoon. if i do... i will take more pics! oh, and yes... it's kinda small! but still too much for me as i don't live there and i don't have the time to really make it look cool!

"kinda" overall pics: all MAY-2010 album: http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/alb ... 5600usxYjW as you can see... still much needs to be done! MANY are still small while others area growing really nicely. got lots of sticks protecting the little ones (not looking cool). and i need to figure out a way to walk around without stepping on the ground. i have to paths and four slabs in another place, but i need to do some more. thinking about going to the near river and get some cool round and flat stones. anyway... it really keeps me busy. and it's not small. dad said it's about 15x15m. what i don't like... is the plum trees and the nut trees in there. dad insists on keeping them...although he's got lots of fruit trees inside the yard and in the garden. well... he is old fashioned! thinking walnuts are good for pastry and cakes and the plums...well... for jam but also for the alcohol he makes. very strong, very "stinky"...and well, i don't drink it! LOL
Very Nice, I love the colors you have and the pictures of the different plants is nice...It looks like a well thought out garden to me...
thanks delly. well... nice of you. i am aware there is much to be done. most of the stuff there came from seeds or in some cases, cuttings, divisions, small plants i received in trades. very few are bought as big plants. it would be a lot easier and more expensive to pay frequent visits to nearby nurseries... but i can't afford!
I love the way the pavers draw you into the garden. What a wonderful space. Bet that by the end of the summer plants will be filled in and you will have trouble making your way through :-D Great job! If you have weeds I couldn't find them. Wish my garden spaces were so neat thanks for sharing
yessss starting to look better. especially after the rains we've had. but also weeds grow like pumped with fertilizers. better like this, all growing... than the looong droughts we had last year when i had no weeds but no flowers either...
That's a great garden you have there and a nice variety of plants. Your pics are very good also. Hope to see more soon.
