Yes, this is where I have now chosen to display all my 3D creations that are related to horticulture. I by the way am also open to doing requests from other members here! But for now I am starting off with my most favorite fruit in the world - The Pakistani Mango! Suggestions and ideas for improvements are always welcome! Hope everybody likes what I create! 3D Mango! What I really want is to eat the fruit. We don't get mango's here, except for the kind that come from the store imported from much warmer climates. But your picture is nice.
OK, what do you guys think about it now? It took some effort, but I think I now have got the leafs right, the top of the leaf is dark green, while it's back is a dull green, and I have also created a brownish yellow smaller leaf too (the young leaf). Shape of the mango has also been altered slightly, so that it looks more natural! 3D virtual mango and leafs ( photo / image / picture from S-H's Garden ) 3D leafs ( photo / image / picture from S-H's Garden ) Final drawing of a 3D virtual mango! Well, I'll be using it as the introductory animated starting of my upcoming videos! But there are other reasons for creating this too (aside from massaging an already narcissistic personal ego that I've been gifted by the Almighty). But seriously, once in a while I get so bored, that I want to deviate from the routine. So with the tools already at my disposal, I decide to create objects of beauty instead. So what better thing to do then replicate something from nature? I guess they call this artistic impression perhaps, when low level frustration (from everyday routine) builds up to a point where we either end up exploding at people for no reason, and that too over small things. Or get more creative in some other area. Bottom line, it's all to combat boredom... Thank you Philip! Yes, since this isn't real, but only a representation of my imagination - Is the reason why I went overboard a little and gave it all a plastic like shine. In reality the new mango tree leafs also shin in the sun, so I simply exaggerated it all! Next I think I will draw either a tomato plant, or a chili pepper plant! But I am undecided - So everybody is welcome to suggest! When I'll have many virtual plants, fruits, and trees, is when I think I will start designing a virtual 3D garden that we all will enjoy! Only problem is that I don't know where such an interactive garden can be uploaded on the web. YouTube is for 2D videos only, and PicasaWeb is just for pictures - But unfortunately there is no such free place where we can share interactive 3D virtual planes...
Ahh, I see. Boredom isn't allowed here. We have too much work to get done. If anyone complains they are bored they get a job. It works well for me. Well, anyway you have done a fine job creating it.
