A couple of their "relaxing getaway" type beds that are scattered throughout the house.

They're rescue dogs. Their stories would break your heart. :smt086 Perhaps I'm still trying to compensate for their wretched beginnings. :smt049

Very cute Ronni. Bet you would do that for any pet you would have under your roof.

Don't we love spoiling our fur babies. I know our little ones have pillows and cashmere quilts in their kennels. Amber even has a doggy heating pad since she is a hairless wonder. She has a variety of sweaters also.

At night they prefer to sleep with us, and spend most of their time when we are home in our laps. I spend a lot of time picking up doggy toys that they scatter about the house. Both our girls love their toys. I don't think a big Doberman Pincher with a squeaky toy in her mouth will deter much of anyone. Right now she has one of her stuffed toys and is using it as a pillow :D

Our three rescues (4 including the cat) make us laugh daily with their antics. It is wonderful having so much joy in the house.

    Thanks, guys.

Jewell, Max and Amber are gorgeous! The black and white cutie looks like a Papillion? Don't know about the other one, but such a sweet face with those adorable floppy ears. :)

When I'm on the couch, my two pile on me and jockey for position on my chest. If Tango (the white one) doesn't get as close as he wants to because Jazz is in the way, he'll give me a disgusted look and jump down, trot over to Lee, and get up on him, curling up dead center of his chest, looking smug and superior.

When they're together though, not with us, they tend to prefer to jam in together. There are two of these beds as you've seen in the previous photos, but at least half the time they prefer to squeeze into just the one.

How wonderful to hear happy doggie (and cat) stories! Folks who rescue dogs and cats get an extra star in their crown, and lots of loving here on earth from their pets.
