Lets take a walk around. We'll start at the back. Going down our made wooden steps are the hostas and ferns. Some lillie of the vally, but they already flowered. Not a good picture but these are snow on the mountains. my peonies are almost ready to bud: moving around to my front yard, we have my bleeding heart bush: this one was a transfer piece from the main bush: Then we come to my Iris If someone could help me out with this next one-it'd be appreciated: Then over to my new corner flower garden. I decided to make it with purple flowers. Its not done yet but it has a start of, veronica(that will have purple flowers), a lavendar plant, later I'll put some of my purple hostas in here. And lastly on our tour for today is my daylillie. I hope you've enjoyed the tour, I'll envite you back again when the peonies are in full flower and some of my other lillies have opened up.
Oh, they are all so beautiful. Spring blooming was so long ago for me that I forgot how pretty and bright new blooms can be. More tours in the future would be greatly appreciated.
The little white flowers are called Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum) Petunia. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of your garden so how about we sit down and have a cuppa while we chat about all your lovely flowers and what other plants you could put in your purple bed!!!

Thankyou Eileen. I knew someone would know and help me out. That chat sounds nice. But I'm off to work. We can sit awhile when I get home .
I'll just agree with everybody else. Lovely garden, thanks for the tour. Your iris is gorgeous, and your borders so well tended. I wonder if our day lilies will bloom soon.
