My happy strong little red wiggler workers

    Warning, these pictures are not for the Squirmish... :D :D

    These are my work horses for making what they call the best compost around.

    I started with about 100 of these little guys and let me tell you there is a LOT more than 100 now. I now have 7.5 gallons of worm compost just waiting for my toms, cukes, zukes and peppers. I hope it works as well as they say it does. Is gonna be nice to be able to plant and transplant directly into it without worries of burning the plants. I am gonna try some of everything directly into it to see how it does.

    These little guys work hard and all for scraps and shredded newspaper, talk about cheap Labor.

    OO lovely!! I do like to see lots of worms in my compost bins as they produce THE best growing medium ever. Nature at its best. :stew2:
