Passiflora 'Lavender Lady' (Passion Flower Vine)

It usually only blooms after the heat of summer is easing up but last year it suffered all year long and never bloomed. But it also stayed green all year too, our winter was laughable and laugh at it is what my Lavender Lady has done.
She is blooming already, there are 6 full open and I counted at least 60 more buds in various stages of bud-dom.

Wow, that is beautiful. I am jealous. We won't see anything blooming for another month. But this is turning out to be a great spring for Maple syrup. Below freezing at night and above freezing during the day. Yummy.

What a gorgeous flower! Seems like she figured out the weather and just bloomed when she felt it was right.
