My little Oreo has been ill

    Oreo and Buddy (Heathers cat)Oreo had a parasite called a Flux.He was just laying around I took him to the Vets She gave him an antibotic by shot and liquid med for 3 weeks.He is feeling better now.He has took his meds for a week now.

    Ooooh, poor Oreo. Hope the meds work quickly and he is back to his busy self in no time.

    You're a good mommy to recognize that Oreo wasn't up to his usual happy self, and to get him help quickly.
    Hope he recovers soon and is back to his old tricks!

    Thanks he is playing like a puppy.He is my little buddy.He is over 9 yrs old.It scares me every time he acts sick

    I'm so glad to hear that the meds appear to be working and that little Oreo is recovering well. It's a big worry when our canine companions are feeling sick.

    Happy to hear he is feeling better! I practically worry myself sick when Sassy Marie isn't feeling well.

    I go into a tailspin if Feliz isn't as active as usual. My husband e-mails from work, "How's Feliz feeling? Did you call the vet? Is the hospital on stand-by?" Not that we cosset the cat . . . .

    sorry to hear poor Oreo was ill but its nice to read that he is back to normal again,..well spotted Glenda.
