Well my mystery juvenile woodpecker turned out to be none other than a young Hairy.
:'( I was hoping for something more exotic. But I had contacted Cornell University and they said that young juvenile males can have the red spot at the front of their heads.
Well today I got proof perfect. I saw a female Hairy feeding him. All the other times he was at my feeders no one every feed him. They only attacked him and drove him away.
:p Glad it has been solved. Thanks to everyone who tried to ID him.

An assist from mom proves the ID, interesting, Just like plants. Sometimes it is hard to ID a young plant, we wait till it matures or flowers.
