My Marigolds around the house have had their leaves all eaten off. The only thing we can think of is rabbits. Has anyone else had this problem?

Lovely Birdbath that should attract a few visitors,..i like your sense of humour,..the Cockerel to look after the Hens and Chicks,..Mr Turtle looks well,..as for the Marigold leaves being eaten off,..i will leave that question for those with rabbits in the area,..we have none where i live.

The birds will make use of your birdbath. The neighbors will appreciate a quiet rooster. The turtles will like the representation in your yard decor and the slugs love your marigold leaves. Leave the slugs some beer in a dish, they are really lushes and party animals.

I love your QUIET rooster and he looks wonderful watching over your hens and chicks. The neighbor wanted to shoot mine the other day. I guess he doesn't like hearing them at 4:00am. I can't stop them from crowing, you know? They are just doing their job. No idea about your marigolds, but either a ground hog or rabbit could be guilty. Turtle id sweet, I bet Dooley will like him :-D .

Jeanie, how did the creeping euonomous do for you?

Carolyn, it didn't do too good but that's okay. I have a few things that didn't make it including some flowers. Maybe I just don't have a green thumb. :)

Okie, I love your yard decorations! That is the kind of rooster I'd keep--the one we had was vicious (I'm not kidding, he tried to break in the patio door to get at me and I'd always been really nice to him).
We have two turtles in the yard--one is a kissin' cousin to the one you showed us, and the other is much smaller and green. He perches on an old stump with a container of flowers.
Sorry about your marigolds. I thought they repelled just about everything!
