The pink peony is Sarah Bernhardt (sp?) I dont remember the reddish one...Apache something?? (Im sure it had a native american tribe name in it).

I thought I had a close up of the lighter pink one, but I guess not...

In front I have Scabiosa (hard to see, bottom left next to the fake stone), Monarda, Shasta Daisy, another Monarda, behind those are lilies (diff kinds, Ill take pics when they bloom!), yarrow, and hidden behind those are Coral Bells and a Columbine

Here, we have the front of mom's house, where there used to be yew bushes. I didnt like em, so I pulled em up...hard job!!

The big shrub is a Juniper thats been there for years. In the planter I have violas. To the right and in front of those, I put a Korean Dwarf Lilac. On the left side of the pic is a Black Knight Butterfly Bush. Between that and the juniper are Penstemons. 2 kinds of Blanket Flower, 2 tulips, purple and white Coneflower and a (tiny) Coreopsis that I think the bunnies have been nibbling on...

Ok, in the back theres an Emerald Green Arborvitae, 2 Black-eyed Susans, a yarrow and a Raspberry Surprise Dianthus. I have another Dianthus (Cranberry Ice) waiting to be put in :)

It's all looking very good there. I shall be looking forweard to piccies when stuff is blooming later on in the season.

You have put in a great variety of plants Jen and I hope those bunnies leave them alone. You must keep us updated with more photographs as everything grows and matures. I really have to try and find a Black Knight Butterfly Bush this year.

I got the bench for $22 marked down from over $100...cause it was the very last one and it was missing some hardware which was simple to replace ;) I sprinkled chili powder around the beds hoping the bunnies would stay away, but seeing as it's been raining every day for about a week and a half, I doubt it's still there *lol*

Oh yes! I have a few, but they are still budding up. The pink one in my profile pic is one of mine from a couple of years ago.
