My roses dont seem to know its close to winter

    Very nice indeed! However, in my area - Rose only grow during winter till the end of spring. rest of the year then plant stays green, but no flowers.

    Nice roses, Bip. :D We've had roses for Christmas now and then. I think they just don't know when to call it a day. :D I'm glad they don't.

    Those roses look good--for ANY time of year. Are these fragrant ones?
    They look very healthy with large flowers and fleckless leaves.
    You've still got some decent weather there.

    I still have a couple of roses that are in flower here Jen but none as lovely as yours. :stew1:

    when the weather is warm, theyre pretty fragrant. The Double Delight is a bit more so right now than the Tropicana, although my sense of smell isnt that great anymore (nose is always stuffed up!). The Iceberg smells ok, my Blue Girl (didnt take a pic cause the flowers were only buds right now) is the most fragrant, I love it :)

    Beautiful Roses Bip. Mines are still blooming like crazy. I normally have them covered by now...just could not bring myself to do it till after the first freeze. Got that last night :(
