My squash

    My squash is growing more slowly since it is cool at night so I don't pick it as often. Yesterday, I got a whole basket. I picked up a preserving book at the library last night. I am going to try for jam. Dooley

    Beautiful :!: Good luck with jarring them. I never :-| was one to do it but my Grandma :) all ways jared everything.

    Good harvest.I don't do any jarring my mom and aunts always did.Its getting cooler here and things are slowing down except the grass and weeds.

    I remember my mom making a zucchini jelly when I was a kid. I think it had koolaid in it. (She might have said that so we would eat it :D ) I have a recipe for chocolate zucchini cake if you're interested
