My Sunflower seedlings are being attacked.

    I'm new and I did notice there is similar topics but I think my problem might be different.

    For some reason almost everyday I find one or more of my sunflower seedlings torn out of the ground.

    Once it was root and all but most of the time the stem is snapped off. It's only happening to them! In my back yard and my front. I don't believe they are being eaten just attacked. I'm worried that there won't be any left if this keeps up. It is only the sunflowers that are getting this treatment too. :/

    I do not know what is doing it. Thanks in advance.

    hi ipc, there's a good chance snails are munching at the stems, then the wind will do the rest,or cats brushing by. try starting some more indoors on a window sill in 3" pots grow them on with a wooden bbq squewer as support till 1' tall then plant out
    with a bamboo cane tie well in. should do the trick.
