I was gone from the 3rd to the 11th. We drove from Indy up to Chicago to fly to Ft Lauderdale. Spent 3 days there and a day in Miami, then took the cruise ship from Miami through the islands (Grand Bahama Island, New Providence Island and Great Stirrup Cay) and back to Miami, where we went back to Ft Lauderdale, stayed the night at the same hotel we were in the first time, flew back to Chicago and drove home to Indy. First we stopped by Gary, IN to visit the childhood home of Michael Jackson. I cant believe 11 people lived in this tiny house! Sunset in Ft Lauderdale Im in the middle, the other two are my younger sisters (18, twins) Inside the hotel the pier at Lauderdale by the Sea (name of a beach) Our ship Norwegian Sky Miami, seen from deck 11 of the cruise ship Nassau, the capital Holy seagulls! and the plastic owl doenst even faze em *lol* beach at Freeport Mom and me, I got my hair braided in Nassau on Wed, and theyre still in today *lol* Ill end this post now as its getting kinda long, but I have more pics here http://s10.photobucket.com/albums/a125/ ... as%20trip/
How much fun! The sunsets and sunrises are so pretty over the ocean and picture of the beach...gorgeous. Bet you had a great time! Thanks for sharing. :-D
WOW that looks like a holiday to remember Jen. The sunset is really beautiful and, although I'm not a lover of beaches, I would have been happy to stroll along that one at Freeport as it looks so peaceful. It's so nice to 'meet' you mum and daughters - say 'Hi' to them from us all. Oh by the way I love those braids of yours - they really suits you.
