    Those are really pretty.
    Mine evidently didn't make it thru the summer, haven't seen hide nor hair of the them since the leaves back in the spring.

    toni, I think the weather has a lot to do with when they bloom. Mine are actually a little early this year, but we have had cool weather the past 10 days or so.

    Capt those are just delightful. Funny how they seem to pop up suddenly, it only takes a couple of days, and there they are.

    Toni, just be patient, mine are always later than the rest of the neighborhood. They always bloom though.

    If they need cooler temps to pop up, I may be waiting for a lot longer. We have only just started staying below 100 this last week. :rolleyes:

    I've never noticed if temps made a difference, in hot dry years, the flowers aren't as pretty though.

    There's been a couple of years i wondered if i waited to long to thin them. This fall they will get thinned (been saying that every year).
