I've had this for several years, and this has got to be it's prettiest year yet! The nursery tag is long gone (or I'd really have to do some digging to find it) I am wondering if anyone has an ID for this Clematis. Dear Kay, I am by no means an expert on clematis but this one looks like Nellie Moser to me. Hope I'm right for once! Phil
I WISH it were Nelly Moser! I did have one planted in the same area, but it died last year. Nelly has a little more pronounced stripes, and more of a pink than this one. I love them, and want another... I am pretty sure I have narrowed it down and it is Comtesse de Bouchaud. I got it when I worked at a nursery, and we sold them... My memory had to really be jogged!
