We have several plants native to Texas. They are tough enough to survive our climate without coddling, and are pretty, also. This is West Texas Mallow. We just didn't tell it about being in central Texas! Turk's Cap, one of our hummingbirds' favorites.
It is good to see some native flowers there. Had you not shown them, I would not have known they existed. Merci.
