Need a little help, brown leaves or stalks

    Can anyone help with my sick aloha vera.
    It has some brown leaves or stalks.

    That's not an aloe, Ed. It is a dracina marginata, I think. The leaves do that when they have too much fertilizer build up or has been too dry. Quite frankly I think they are hard to keep nice as they all look like that that I have ever seen.

    Yes, it's Dracaena marginata 'Tricolor.' Sensitive to tap water chemicals. Giving rain or distilled can help keep it looking its' best. Needs repotted when it forms a pancake of roots @ the bottom of the pot, every other year or so. Chop that off, remove the old soil, replace with new. Usually fits back in the same pot when I do it. Water when dry. It's normal for the oldest leaf to fall off occasionally, but it will fade uniformly, not look specifically brown at the tip first. If given the care it likes, brown tips are unusual.
