You've got lilacs already, lucky you! And that phlox, so full of flowers. :D The tulips are yummy. Your primula/violet-combination is lovely, me like very much. :D

I spotted the spider although it's certainly well hidden against the colour of the flower. My lilacs are a long way off flowering so it's lovely to see yours ready to flower Netty. I do love the smell of them don't you? Your phlox is certainly putting on a wonderful show with all those blooms and your tulips are beautiful. :stew2:

    Netty, what beautiful blooms.
Everytime I see Phlox that one or another member has in their garden I promise myself that I will be adding one to my garden too, just have to do it this year by golly. Yours is gorgeous.

My lilacs aren't that close yet. So I'm very glad to see yours Netty. Enjoy them for me too will you please? I cut the last of my daffys. My phlox are growing, but no buds yet. I've got a couple tulips, but only a few of them came up this year, I guess I know what I'll be doing in the fall. Yours are so great! The ajuga, primula and violets are all so beautiful. Great colors you have. Thanks for showing them off. I can't wait to see the lilac 'bursting'...

Very nice! How many years did it take for your lilacs to bloom? I planted one two years ago and have yet to see any blooms. :(

I have a few Lilac's here that came with the house. They are obviously very old and were very neglected so I've been pruning them every year. They have rewarded me with more blooms each year. I have also planted 5 more in the last 2 years-the first one had 2 blooms last year. The other 4 don't look like they will have blooms for a few more years.

Netty I just found this post. Your lilac is pretty. Ours are in bloom too. Your phlox look pretty and bushy. Is it a perrenial? Do they over winter well? I don't beleive I'll have any daffy's this year. all that came up are the leaves with no buds. But yours are so pretty. Thanks
