In 2015 we decided to fence the property off. I just wanted concrete posts and concrete gravel boards doing with a nice piece of panel fencing put in and while we was out pricing up the fencing...we saw some new designed decking but on the other side was log affect, which is used for doing log cabins and also putting around normal sheds to take that affect but what we like about it over all, is it still looks nice from the other side. So I thought I would share the idea with members.
We went to look at the usual fencing from a place where we've had gravel and plants from in the past and the those wood panels was there and the chap said they're mainly used for making log cabins, hubby asked how much £20 each and he stood explaining to me then what he wanted and since doing it he stains it each year. We had two tone of gravel delivered by the chap after it was done and he took photo's and said that's going on my new website I've done for the shop but like you say it will last...the idea's my hubby comes up with make me laugh Eileen as he likes unusual things to what you buy
That sounds like a fantastic idea! Adding some variety to your fencing with the log effect on one side and decking on the other is a creative way to enhance the look of your property. It's great when a simple project turns into an opportunity to make your space even more appealing. By the way, I've been thinking about renovating my own backyard, and I'm considering getting Vinyl fencing. It offers a sleek and low-maintenance option, which might work well with my plans.
