Just added this little foot bridge in my garden. It also is serving a functional use as it spans an area that tends to get puddled and muddy after it rains, and one of my puppies, "the little princess" that she is - Bonnie, just absolutely refuses to cross through the puddle and muck to get out to the grass in the back yard.

I really love your bridge Frugalkate. I have always wanted a bridge over my pond but, so far, my hints are falling on deaf ears. Bonnie is quite right not to want muddy paws - now she can keep them clean every time she crosses the bridge. :-D

    Nice little bridge, Frugal.
That doggie of yours really IS a princess, isn't she. :snicker: hee hee hee

Well, this nice-looking structure is just the ticket.

Oh, that bridge is just perfect! If it ever rains enough here to get a mud puddle going, I'd love to have a bridge like that over it.

I love that bridge! And have always wanted one. There is a place we could use one here at the house. In the back, if you're going to my brother's storage/work shed, there is a small drainage ditch. When we used to get rain here, you'd have to sort of hop over it. I mentioned a couple of times back then about it needing a bridge. But guess no one has given any thought to it lately.

Very nice! I need one of those to cross the ditch at the bottom of our property. Hubby isn't taking the hint.

Great looking bridge, I trust Bonnie enjoys her new access to greener pastures. :)

Thank you everyone. I really like it myself and Ms. Bonnie is a very happy little Princess now :) It's actually quite strong and will hold upto 220 lbs. Anyone who is interested in one can find it at "Big Lots!" I picked it up on clearance last fall but never got around to putting it together. I just recently saw it again at Big Lots! and went home, dug it out of the basement and got to work. It wasn't that hard to put together and I had it up within an hour.
