Hi from the frigid north, sort of! :-D Thank you for having me. I'm a landscape designer very part time from home. I have two girls ages 4 and 6, a husband that's handy with tools thank goodness, and a pile of chickens. And a dog. And a rabbit. And a pair of ducks. It's crazy around here! I'm excited to get to know fellow gardeners from all over. This place looks like a great place to be a part of.
Welcome from Virginia. Your going to love it here. We are all addicted to gardening and meeting new people.
You certainly landed in the right place! Barb has chickens, Carolyn is a super vegetable gardener, and the rest of us try to keep up with Cheryl with flower gardens and garden art. This is probably the friendliest and most helpful site to get advice, sympathy, and new ideas. You'll love it here, and we are looking forward to seeing your posts (and photos, hint, hint!).
Hi! I'm almost in Canada, in fact many people here in the US believe that Minnesota is Canada, so why not?! LOL
Hi And welcome from Ohio ( thank you , Jane. That was a very nice compliment... although I don't know that I am a super gardener... I get a lot of help from the other half. and my children are pretty much grown and don't need supervision...which leaves me a life for gardening.) I hope you feel very welcome. We all love to meet new 'Stewbies". Right now I am more of a "super" hospital runner. My BIL had a heart attack, my dad fell on Sunday, broke his femur right at the hip and needed a hip replacement yesterday and my brother caught two fingers in a table saw this weekend... OY VEY! what a weekend.
It's so good to have you here with us AbundantBlooms. I know you'll love it here. A warm welcome to our forums from Scotland in the UK. I look forward to hearing all about you, your family, garden, pets - well everything!!
Welcome to the forums! I think you'll be happy here, I have nothing but praise for this forum, and it keeps bringing me back
