    Hi everyone, I am thrilled to have found you! I intend on picking everyone's brain and read each and every post!.....lol....I am particularly interested in Xeriscape, and live in the desert region of eastern Washington....It's a pleasure to be here.

    Thank you so much Eileen for the nice welcome...I notice you are from Scotland...My ancestors are from there and I have been doing my genealogy too....I hope to make it over there one day...I have been reading different posts in all the different forums and you are right, everyone does seem to help one another....and I've learned a bunch already...

    I am reading about Xeriscaping too, with the extreme heat and drought we have been having the last 5+ years, I need to change my gardening habits.

    I have to say this no matter how it sounds..lol....I still get a thrill and am utterly amazed when I can get on my computer and correspond with people across the world..People I would not have the good fortune of meeting otherwise...It's a privelege to be here, it really is and thank you again.....
