Hello everyone, I am new here and this is my first proper forum, yay! I am a 27 y/o from Leicester, UK and a very keen gardener. I have my own mini plots in the back garden of my flat (back annex of an old Victorian house) ad am very lucky that no one else living in my house seems to want to spend even a minute outside, as I have the space all to myself! I love growing Brassicas especially and am growing some cabbages and cauliflower at the moment, but couldn't tell you what type without checking. I'm growing a lot more than that but it'd be too long a list if I wrote it all here! I hope to meet like-minded gardeners and lovers of nature
Welcome, and this is a very proper forum for those who love gardening (and pets, and recipes, and home decorating, etc.). Here in central Texas we have two crops of brassicas, one planted in early winter, and another in autumn. For us it's primarily broccoli and cabbage.
Hello and welcome from Idaho. You will find a lot of nature lovers here as well as many die hard gardeners.
Hi Brassicaland Welcome to Gardenstew from southern Ontario! I wish I could grow cauliflower here, but it just doesn't seem to work!
Hi there BarassicaLand and this time it's a warm welcome from up north in Scotland. You're going to fit in here so well as we have lots of members who love to grow veggies and enjoy nature.
Hi BrassicaLand and a hearty welcome to GardenStew How lucky are you to have the back garden all to yourself! But does that mean the others in the house look for some delicious veggies from you? Glad that you joined us!
Hello and welcome from Illinois. My garden isn't big anymore but I have a couple containers with tomatoes and a couple with green peppers. This is a friendly place and you will enjoy it here.
Hi, BrassicaLand, welcome to GardenStew from soggy north central Texas. I don't grow veggies except for an occasional tomato or potato, but both our front and back yards have been turned into flower gardens. Hope you enjoy it here as much as we do.
