I couldn't wait no more. It may be just a little early for us, even just to start seeds. But I used the baggy method and started about 6 sets of differant seeds. so far the only ones that have started are 'white cosmos'

I just hope I can keep them going. Today I will go ahead and put them in some potting soil and keep an eye on them and keep them under my grow lights until they need a new home.

I think we're all in the same boat as I couldn't wait to get planting either. I've just put 80 dwarf iris bulbs in pots in the greenhouse and have 18 wallflowers on the go too. I guess it's been too long a winter for us gardeners!! :stew1:

Heheh, it is great to get itchy fingers. I have tomatoes germinating already. Fantastic!

I was able to put in a few more seedlings in some potting soil today.
These are some black holly hocks.

My early starts are white Hollyhocks, Cucumber, pea, and Asparagus Bean. HOpe they hold out under the lights too. I'm so glad I'm not the only early-bird.

Fingers crossed my black hollyhocks germinate. Mine went directly into soil, and this is my second attempt with them. I noticed today that my basil is poking through. I have sown masses this year so I can have a glut at the same time at my tomatoes. yum!
