Nice fall dinner!

    This afternoon I made a big pot of potato & ham soup. I ate 2 big bowls of it and I am stuffed.

    Hey Capt. Kirk that sounds yummy in the tummy. I haven't had that in years, I use to make it and put a little cheese in it, that was good to.Well go sit down rest and give that soup time to get digested. You could send some this way. Ha Ha

    I just made a big pot of broth CK and it tastes soooo good. I love my own homemade soups as I make them nice and thick. So glad you enjoyed your potato and ham. :-D

    Sounds really good Capt. I bought baking potatoes at the store on Sunday to make baked potato soup this week. Probably Thurs since that is going a cool comfy evening for it with the front that moved thru last night.

    mmmmmmmmmm, love home made soups. Do remind me of dark autumn and winter nights. We had thick lamb casserole last night with a hunk of homemade bread to mop up the gravy and it was lovely. I love comfort food.
