We had (shudder) snow yesterday, and we went out to make a snowman. Here he is, sitting on our patio table:

Hopefully this is as big as a Texas snowman gets!

A lot of people in Texas would agree. Whatever you do, don't let the chickens see it. It will scare the daylights out of them and they won't lay an egg for a week. :)

Jane I just measured the snow on the deck and there is enough on it to make a million of these.

Looks like he needs a home. Can you take him inside to your freezer?

KK, I would make one just so you could adopt one, but it is too cold right now. the snow won't pack. Sorry! Maybe you just are fortunate to not be able to feel how cold it is here. Not just for me, but for everyone over here. It is cold. Last night there was a driving ban for most of our area. If it wasn't an emergency for some places you weren't to be on the roads. Other places were necessary driving only. "call your employer to see if they were open for business or needed you to be there". Mostly that is medical employees who are expected to be at work.
