Old Easter song...anyone else remember it?

    I started first grade in 1952, Urbandale Elementary school in east Dallas. At easter time in 1953 the music teacher taught us a cute little song called Egbert the Easter Egg. Simple tune and words that stuck with me all these years but I have never found anyone else who remembers learning the song or even heard of it.
    I found a video of it, the tune is just a little different because the singer is fancying it up. Now if I could just find a video of the Witch Halloween song ;)

    That is so cute toni.I do not remember ever hearing it.I feel sure if had I heard it I wouldn't have forgot it either.I will play it for Logan.I do think he will enjoy it.

    We read the book to our preschoolers every year, but I never heard the song. Happy Easter!
