Tom Hill is a 23 year old self taught sculptor who uses discarded horseshoes in a most beautiful way.

WOW!! Those are beautiful. What a talent Tom Hill has to make such realistic creatures out of old horseshoes. I love them all and clearly the 'real' camel is feeling rather protective of the the one Tom has made. Although it's hard to choose I thik the cheetah is my favourite.

Those are really amazing and beautiful. I love seeing the work of artists who can take an ordinary item and transform it into something that is magical. Thanks for posting.

Philip, those are awesome. Send our appreciation on to Tom. We have a friend with the same name and as soon as my adrian saw the name he asked if it was the one we knew. I just chuckled and said "no, this man is from Ireland". He certainly enjoyed seeing them also. This is such excellent work. He is very gifted.

Tom Hill is surely a big hit with everyone,..but not an easy man to capture.

Frank found it difficult to find Tom Hill's website,..but did manage to get a contact location,..and that is in Hertfordshire, England.

To pinpoint Tom Hill,..the keyword is Horseshoes,..and then you may see a picture of Tom.

Here is more of his work.

What an artist. They show so much movement, and very lifelike for a bunch of horseshoes.

In one of the previous pictures you will see a red brick house,..this is Hatfield House,..home to Lord Salisbury and Lady Salisbury,..Marchioness of Salisbury,..Lady Salisbury commissioned Tom Hill to create a sculptor for her private gardens,..it was "Elephants".

Hatfield House Gardens can be viewed in the link below,..Lady Salisbury gives a tour of her garden tulips to the writer Anna Pavord,..famed for her book on Tulips.

Tom Hill lives in Hertfordshire where his workshop is located,..Hatfield House is also in Hertfordshire.
