Hi all, I'm mending quite nicely. Stitches come out next Monday. Can't wait to take a real shower. :setc_041:
Gardens are drowning with all the rain we've had, but weeds and zucchini are loving it.

So glad everything is going well for you Donna. The first shower after the operation is one of the best you'll ever have. I felt so good taking mine that I think I was almost wrinkled like a prune when I got out. :D

Donna S, Glad you are doing so well. Go take that shower soon, you dirty girl....

I feel that way every afternoon. When I hop into the shower I can feel the dirt roll off me. I look down to see how brown and sometimes black it is. Tells me that I really worked that day. :D :D

Donna, we love you, dirty or not! So glad to hear you are mending well, and that the stitches will soon be out. Just don't overdo until everything is A-OK, y'hear?

Progress in the right direction is always encouraging. Firsts provide a measure to do more. The first weed is out there somewhere hiding in the zucchini patch. Watching the door. Waiting. Growing. :)

P.S. Oh phoo!! Now I'm hungry for roast zucchini.

    Hi Donna,

Get well wishes from me too. I hate it when the doctors tell you not to bathe. You would think they realize that dirt breeds more germs and more infections, instead of helping things heal. A friend here recently had cataract surgery, and she was told not to shampoo her hair or shower for a whole week ??? I do not recall that when I had my eye surgery.

That is very good news, Donna. I hope all continues to roll on like this, and you are healed earlier than expected.

    Fingers crossed.
