I am in Michigan this morning! We came up on Tues. on business. Actually we are giving a company up here the business. We needed new foam for the couch cushions, and found a company here in Troy, Mich. that had such cheap prices, we couldn't turn in down. To get the 6 cushions done at home, it would have cost about $800. We are getting them up here and paid just $275. So the savings are paying for our trip. We pick the cushions up on Fri. morning and then head back to Ohio, It's only about 250 miles.

We picked up the cushions at 12pm today and headed home. Got home about 4:30 PM 4:30pm. No problems on the way home.
The first night we stayed in a Holiday Inn. The next morning, I went down for coffee and a hot breakfast. I got to talking to a guy and found out out that he was a tour bus driver. He was driving a bus for Kid Rock. Kid Rock lived about 3 miles from where we were at. He said that Wed. he was taking him to Minneapolis and then Thurs. To Green Bay Wusconsin for the entainment at the NFL opener show! How neat is that!
