I keep saying that the entire global weather system is changing - But of course, who believes me anyway...

Anyhow, they are saying that we can experience rains of such magnitude. Which nobody in this area would have witnessed in a century, perhaps even more. A freak occurrence in nature.

This below is a live satellite image, (infrared), updated every 15 minutes.

From August 6th to 9th, (7th and 8th are going to be the worst days). Expected rainfall will be around 400 millimeters. That's around 16 inches of rain!!!

I of course am going to record and document everything (for future reference)...

We had a storm (Gloria) in January this year and had about 500mm in three days. In 1940 a meter of rain fell in 24 hours.

    Seeing some really heavy downpour.

Funny thing is, that the main storm hasn't even hit yet. It's still out at sea, (expected to arrive tomorrow or the day after).

Never park on or drive over any strom drain cover made out of concrete.

Normally concrete has the strength to easily withstand the load of even the heaviest aircraft too, (provided that it is reinforced with steel rebars).

But the people manufacturing them are all government contractors, who thrive on cutting corners and provide substandard products...
