Okay Philip... now you are just being evil!
You know I can't grow a rose. You know I love the yellow ones. And maybe you didn't know, but my favorite color is orange.
Put that all together... evil I tell you! :D

OK Philip I've asked this question about cats now it's going to be roses. How many roses do you have? I can count mine on two hands but I think I'd need to count my toes too - maybe even Ian's as well to come close to working out how many you have. :p I love the orange ones as I don't have any here. They look fantastic along with the yellow ones.

    Hi Eileen,
i had to go and check just how many bushes there are,..there are 17 which will flower this year,..of the 17 there are 12 in flower just now,..and also there are another six that i will prevent from doing so until next summer as they are from this years cuttings,..i may not keep all the ones from cuttings as they will be the same flower i already have,..but roses from seed,(3 bushes)..oh yes!,..there will be surprises there,..there will always be another rose i come across and will want,..
    .Its a never ending story

Someday someone will figure out how to send the smell of flowers over the internet. Until then we will have to enjoy the beauty of your flowers in pictures but I can close my eyes, breath in and imagine the fragrance. Enchanting.

Wow, they are gorgeous. Roses aren't so happy in my area, too much black spot, poor things. I will just have to enjoy yours, Phillip.... and I do.

Its a constant battle here as well,..Black Spot!,..not so much anything else,..i seldom see Green Fly or Black Fly,..just once this year a touch of Mildew,..but with all our rain and little drying it was expected in spots where there was little air circulation.

Very lovely! Can't grow them here very well and they just hang in barely. You must have every variety! And in full bloom! Wonderful
