There are more than 100 members to our gardening club and so the variety of their gardens are varied.
It is difficult to know which ones to photograph because they are all good in their own way.
I realize that allotment complexes are not all that common in all countries so perhaps you will enjoy seeing how it looks on ours and it will give you an idea as to how dutch people garden on the volkstuin.
Have a nice stroll down the paths that lead to some of the nice gardens here.

I'm glad that you liked seeing the lotties, Netty. A person could spend quite a while wandering about on the complex, as there are lots and lots of things to see. It's also pleasant to have a chat now and then with the gardners.

Just look at those neat and tidy little gardens! I really like the ones that are chock-a-block with colours, and the tidiness of the vegetable patches are incredible. I think I could lose myself in there for several hours.

I love seeing the way you folk garden. It's apparent that much care is taken of the valuable little plots and flowers are loved as much as tasty veggies.

Your allotments are beautiful. I wish more people in the UK would grow flowers on their plots and not be quite so regimented with straight lines everywhere. Yours are quite an inspiration Sjoerd.

I'm glad that you liked the pics of other person's lotties.
I tended to show more of the flowery gardens whereas in reality the majority of the plots are indeed pure veggie plots.
Ach, I like them all actually.

BTW EJ, that happy new year thingy looks like your feet are on the wrong legs. :) or perhaps that you are standing in a lonnnnnnnnnnnng queue outside the loo. hahaha. Sorry.

Really nice. I take it they don't look like that now? What kind of winters do you have over there?

Margie-- I apologize for not answering your question. I somehow missed it completely, This apology also is for Capt Kirk. I apologize.
    Anyway--That purple flowered-plant is a Lavender plant.

Capt Kirk: Thanks for the compliment. I shall pass it on.
Our winters over here are cold and moist, sometimes with snow and sleet. It freezes now and then throughout the season.
The pictures of the lotties of other folks were takesn at differeent time of year and are not indicative of what is going on right now. It's all brown and dead-looking at the moment, with frost still in the shadows.

Thanks for the comments Glenda. I like looking at pics like these during these gray-brown days, it reminds me of what's coming, and so gives me a bit of hope during these uneventful days.
