    Entering Demark by cr ferry.

A boat in harbour with solar panels on board.

    Houses at the harbour front.

Just one of the towns we came across -everything was closed and there was no-one to be seen. The cars belonged to residents but they must all have been indoors.

A customs boat in harbour - nothing doing there either!!

More boats but still no people. We were beginning to think we were the only ones alive in Denmark.

Then, at last, we spotted a few men fishing.

No-one in Denmark had any flowers in their gardens and there were no garden centres to visit. I wonder why this house could possibly have been up for sale?!!

I'll let you see pictures of the wildlife that visited the land our holiday home was on in another post.

Nice scenery but it did look a bit disconcerting without people around.

Eileen, was it on a sunday? Why is it so deserted except for those fishing enthusiastic people. It looks so peaceful.

No it wasn't a Sunday KK - there was simply no-one to be seen - any day of the week. :(

It's a shame that there seemed to be no-one around Eils. At least the scenery is nice and the air was very fresh I guess.

I like that red boat with the solar panels,..looks like the navigation beacon/light is powered by them.

Yes the boats drew my attention as did the anglers though i wouldn't give them top marks for the fishing rods.

I am amazed that the place was deserted bewildered in fact.

It was nice seeing shots of Denmark. It has been a few years since I was up there, but I enjoyed my trip there.
