Droopy, I don't even want to see that dirty 4 letter word (snow) around here right now. Today we have rain and 50 degr. suppose to have some wind come in also, but nothing as of yet.
My view is not nearly as pretty as yours. View from my front door.... View from front door ( photo / image / picture from toni's Garden ) View from front window...it looks blurry but is actually bright sunshine Front window wayyyyy too much sun shining today ( photo / image / picture from toni's Garden )
Mmm, I'd trade with you, Toni. I could do with some bright sunshine just about now. We've had hail, but it won't last of course. Some of the high mountain roads have been closed today because of snow. It's way too early, we've still got summer tires on the cars.
No snow here yet, but LOTS of wind and rain. South of us had hail (we lucked out). We usually have our first snow flurries in early October...not ready to give in yet though! BTW...beautiful view out your window.
Gray clouds and wind blowing the tree limbs about. The street is lined with Platane trees which still have their leaves. I just can't get over all those wires that I see outside your window. Is it like that all-over? It looks odd to me because we have no power lines along our streets--they are all buried, that way when there is a big snow or wind storm we do not have power outages due to broken lines. ...it's a curious sight for me. That is a magnificent mountain there. What a view!
Well, hopefully, no snow here for a while yet. However, with a view like yours Droopy I think I could manage to like that white stuff!! The view outside here is of a very overcast sky with drizzle and my poor lawn covered in autumn leaves.
Thanks for liking "my" mountain. Sjoerd - I did notice the lack of power lines in the air in Holland. It's a bit hard to dig them down up here. Lots of dynamite involved. But they are coming down here and there, but not here. We've got hail storms today too.
Oh...I see. Well, at least there is a good solid basis to build buildings on. I didn't know that you noticed our lack of lines. That's observant. You did look at lots and lots of other things, I guess by comparison the lines were minor, eh? oo....Sorry to hear about the hail. Our (lower)weather here is coming from the north-west, so who knows--maybe I'll gte some too. I had better take the glass in from the greenhouse.
