    I love the bulb-types of Oxalis but the droughts in '16 and '17 took a severe toll. It's a dormant time for them here right now in the high heat, but I have put a few pics at various times when they were up & blooming. https://www.gardenstew.com/plantstew/9002543

    Hello @purpleinopp your Oxalis is longer then the one that keeps popping up here...mines just lovely to the ground and can thicken quickly if it's not kept an eye on :)

    :hi: @Petronius I must admit it does look nice because at one stage till I found out what it was it came in a bunch in the gravel and flowered lovely and the leaves a nice colour but when it starting spreading that was it ;)

    @Gail-Steman, That is true about some ground covers. Once they grow, they rapidly spread.

    I know...we removed all the gravel and dirt and removed the shooting now it pops up between the slabs but knowing the leaf colour it soon gets sprayed with weed killer :(

    mart does it take other plants over being a weed?
