My daughter & I discovered lots of painted lady butterflies on the zinnias out front. She caught about ten of them, sneaking up & grabbing their folded wings, then letting them go. I took some good pictures.
Your painted ladies are beautiful, not to mention your little girl. Anything we do with our children are precious memories for the future. Gardengater
They're lovely, and your daughter is the loveliest of them. I guess I'm a child since I really love butterflies. I don't try to catch them anymore, except from on camera.
