My pak choi has started to bolt already. Can I cut it back and let it start over or is it finished?
    Thanks,
    Donna

Some plants in your garden have a set lifespan and will bolt at the end of it no matter what you do. That's why most things like Pak Choi and other greens are planted at intervals. The process can be slowed somewhat by growing conditions but once it starts to bolt its best to pull it and replant.

I normally harvest the whole plant within 4 to 6 weeks after sowing.
