Only one flower this year - I usually get at least 5 or 6. So I am going to save some of my home made compost and top up the conservatory flower beds, then as spring really gets going, I am going to get some feed for the plants to give them a good boost.

And it is a beauty too. How large is the flower itself? It looks pretty good size.

The plant is a good 6 foot tall, so the flower stem is probably about that, and the flower itself is huge this time....maybe it used all of it's energy just producing the one.

If it could only make one flower, it certainly made a spectacular one.
