What a beautiful downtown area. I have never been to Utah, but Park City is almost too good to pass up. Oops, nevermind. It would be about 20 hours by car just to get there (963 miles), guess I'll enjoy it by re-viewing your photos.

I'd have liked to wander around those shops. I love native American art and crafts. I doubt Ian's wallet would have appreciated me being in there though somehow.

That red aquilegia of yours is really beautiful Philip. I'm determined to get more colours of these delightful plants in my garden next year.

Oh, that is a pretty town. I'll probably never get there, either, so thanks for the tour. Your columbine are very pretty. was it a specific variety. All I see around here is Mc Kannas Giants.

    Hi Toni,
Park City is a very picturesque place,..most of the shops cater for the tourist trade,..but the shops themselves are nice to see apart from the contents,..lol at your comment,(Park City is almost too good to pass up).

Its a long way from where you live,..963 miles!,..and your drive would take up to 20 hours,..yikes!,..i don't recall how long my drive took,..but it was only about 200 miles from Salt Lake City.

    -----------------------------------------------------

    Hi Eileen,
you would have loved those shops,..lots of Native American Stuff,..and American leather goods,..a very arts and crafts area!,..i bought lots of Native American Blue Jade and Amber jewelery for friends.

    -----------------------------------------------------

    Hi Carolyn,
as to which packet those Columbine came from will remain a mystery,..i got three packets,..one in Utah, the second in Indiana, and a third from Maine,..
Allen,Sterling & Lothrop were the suppliers for the Maine seeds.

    -----------------------------------------------------

    Pondlady,
thanks for the Welcome To Utah,..yep you sure have it all up there and i enjoyed myself immensely,..so i have to push my two video's on Utah for you,..one with all the photographs taken by me and the other my friends in Utah,..you can tell which is which by the music,lol,..oh the guy in the shots is over 6ft,..its not that i am small,..5ft 9,..lol.
