I've had this plant for about 4 years (a birthday present from a friend). Since I've moved here almost two years ago, it's been in the same location. The window faces towards the west.And the blooms have always turned white. I moved it to a bigger pot early this spring and the first set of blooms turned white. But now, this set is staying green and it's been at least 3 weeks now. I haven't fed it since the repotting (I used Miracle Grow potting soil). Do you think it's lacking some key nutrient? I had that too once, when I had a peace lily. I don't know why it did that but the next batch turned white and aged to green, just as the previous blooms did. I thought it was just beeing moody.
