We just planted some peach trees given to us by a friend. They are about a foot tall. Any advice on care of them to keep them alive and growing would be appreciated. Thanks for the :smt100

Pray for a mild winter? I've had no luck if it gets to -10.

i bought a new peach tree this year. so far its doing great. i have it in full sun and i used some VIGOR fertilizer spikes for fruit and nut trees. you bang one into the ground about 2 feet from the trunk and repeat after 3 months or so.... so far its doing really well. but im not gonna get peaches this year.its too new. i can see that. Hopefully next year.

We have one that is almost that size - planted it this sping and it is doing well. The other three are only about a foot high - so far so good.
