Peek-a-boo Lizard

    You have to look really really good for this little one...he is drinking water from the leaves as I was deadheading the Senetta...lol. Poor thing he didn't care - he was thirsty..Never saw that before..a lizard drinking water period...I mean i know that they do but to actually see it!!!
    Look slightly to the right and a little bit under the flower...Couldn't help myself!!!! :-D

    Goodness, I really had to look before I saw it. You must have a good eye just to catch the lizard drinking. And of course your camera is part of your gardening tools. :)

    Can just barely see that little eye peeking around the stem.

    I screwed up my eyes and finally found him. Gosh his colouring certainly makes for great camouflage amongst your Senetta doesn't it?

    I able to see him/her because it literally jumped on the plant as i was deadheading..then i saw that he was licking the water off of the leaves.
