Recently these 'things' (I dont know what they are called) have been forming on my pepperomia belly button plant. Does this mean I will have flowers in the near future? Also are pepperomias considered a succulent plant? Mine seems to need more water then I would give a succulent.

They do look like flower spikes to me RiverRock as Peperomia produce greenish-white, panicle-like flower spikes. They are grown however primarily for their foliage.
